Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using bet555. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account with bet555. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. bet555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification. If a Player is found to be under 18, their Account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned subject to verification of the depositing payment method.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. Online betting and casino gaming is regulated differently across jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using bet555 is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your country or region. bet555 does not represent that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Pakistani players are responsible for their own legal compliance.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is entitled to hold only one bet555 Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information up to date. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and grounds for immediate Account termination.
2.5 Verification. bet555 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. Required documents typically include a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. bet555 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify bet555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bet555 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome.
3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. bet555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with the schedule published in the Platform's promotions and account settings section. Players will be notified prior to any deduction.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Account Balances, Bonus Funds, and associated rights are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any part of its Balance to another person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bet555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may change, and current options are displayed in the Account cashier section.
4.2 Deposit Currency. For Pakistani players, Account Balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion may apply for deposits made in other currencies, and applicable exchange rates will be displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts are set at PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal amounts and associated processing times are specified in the cashier section of the Account and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. bet555 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method. bet555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.6 Charges. bet555 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed in the cashier section prior to transaction confirmation. Third-party payment processors may apply their own charges for which bet555 is not responsible.
5.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed through bet555 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds are locked for that wager. bet555 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from system errors.
5.2 Live Betting. In-play bets, including live cricket and live PSL markets, are subject to additional rules regarding connection latency and late bet acceptance. bet555 reserves the right to void or defer acceptance of bets placed after an event has materially progressed where real-time data delays create an unfair advantage.
5.3 Casino Games. All casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and slot titles from JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft — are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. Certified RNGs govern all RNG-based games. Live games use physical equipment under studio supervision.
5.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum winning limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. bet555 reserves the right to limit maximum payout amounts and to apply stake limits on any market or game without prior notice.
5.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting a game or betting market, bet555 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and return stakes to affected Accounts. This applies to both sportsbook events and casino game rounds.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published with each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and time limits. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple and any game contribution rates applicable to a specific bonus are specified in the promotion details. Withdrawing real-money Balance before completing bonus wagering may result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.
6.3 Abuse. bet555 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, or both, in cases where promotional abuse is suspected. Promotional abuse includes, without limitation, registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using arbitrage strategies inconsistent with recreational play, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
6.4 Changes. bet555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and currently subject to wagering.
7.1 Commitment. bet555 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session duration reminders, reality checks, self-exclusion, and cool-off periods. These tools are accessible from Account settings.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player who wishes to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting support or using the self-exclusion option in Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the selected duration. bet555 will use reasonable efforts to prevent access by self-excluded players.
7.3 18+ Obligation. bet555 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18 years of age. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage access. Players who suspect a minor has accessed a bet555 Account should contact support immediately.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bet555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
9.4 By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that bet555 is not responsible for losses resulting from your betting or gaming decisions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet555 Platform:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
11.1 By bet555. bet555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of termination for cause, any Balance that has been accumulated through prohibited activity may be forfeited.
11.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting bet555 support. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with local laws in their jurisdiction. bet555 does not make representations regarding the legality of access from any specific jurisdiction.
bet555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
